ATTENTION!

NEW NAME, SAME SERVICE: Please be advised that due to the recent purchase of DHL Express Canada’s domestic operations by TransForce, Inc., DHL domestic delivery services within Canada will be performed via its newly created subsidiary Loomis Express.

This change will have no impact on either the current document delivery process to visa applicants or user experience on this site!

Over the next several months, all document delivery services to applicants that are currently performed by DHL Express Canada will gradually transition to Loomis Express. As a result, all DHL Express branded office supplies (e.g. envelopes) and related delivery services will be re-branded to Loomis Express. In the next few weeks, you will notice appropriate revisions on this site relating to the delivery of your documents and we will keep you informed of any changes that may result from this transition.

All former DHL, and now Loomis Express, branch locations and hours of operations will remain the same, however the website was redesigned to support the domestic business under the new Loomis Express brand. You may find more information about the delivery services at www.loomis-express.com.

For your related document inquiries and any questions regarding this change, please continue sending you inquiries to contactus_en_CA@usvisa-info.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Most Canadian citizens can travel to the United States using only a valid passport and do not require a visa. Before proceeding, please read Do I Need to Apply? to be certain that you need to pay the application fee and apply for a visa.

Please note the following:

  • All fees paid within this site are non-refundable.
    • If you have already made a payment, please do not submit your credit card information a second time or you will incur another charge.
  • A visa does not guarantee entry into the U.S.
    • A visa allows a foreign citizen to travel to the United States port-of-entry and request permission to enter the U.S from a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) official.
  • You may not enter the U.S. with a visa that has expired. The CBP official at the port-of-entry will determine how long you may remain in the United States when you enter.

The first question on the DS-160 form asks where you will submit your application. Make sure that the city you pick is where you plan to schedule your visa interview. If the two cities do not match, you may experience delays on the day of your interview and you may have to complete a new DS-160 form.

Once logged in you can:
