You can register an account, select a DHL location, pay the visa application fee, find information regarding a specific visa type, and schedule an interview at the Consular Section on this site. Please do not go to the bank to pay the MRV fee without a deposit slip. Without the deposit slip, the bank cannot accept your payment, no exceptions.
