Groups are defined as multiple persons (at least 5 persons) traveling to the United States for the same trip purpose and travel date. To use the Visa Information Services group scheduling process, a group representative must send an email to grupos.embassy@teletech.com.

Please include the following in the email:

• The email subject line should read, "DOM: Group Appointment" followed by the name of the group
• Type of group
• Number of applicants
• Trip purpose and the intended visa classification for each applicant
• Proposed travel date

Special Appointment Procedure for H2

To apply for individual or multiple person appointments for H2A, H2B and H2R temporary worker visas, the petitioner, applicant or authorized agent in the Dominican Republic must send an email inquiry to the Santo Domingo H2 team at H2DOM@csc.com.

The representative should include in the email:

• Petitioner company
• Proposed travel date
• Petition number

Upon receipt of the group email request the Visa Information Services team will respond with further details on how to proceed with the appointment scheduling.
