Thank you for your interest in Group Processing. Any group of 5 or more applicants traveling together can request an Access Code which will allow them to access information and schedule appointments together through this Web site. Petition based groups may also apply for a Group Access code and with no minimum number of applicants. Groups must be people traveling with the same itinerary, such as a musicians performing together or a delegation going to the same conference.

Process to Request an Access Code

If you would like to register your group, please send the following information to ECUGroups@csc.com:

• Sponsoring Organization in the United States, if applicable

• Itinerary (destination, departure and return dates)
• Length of trip
• Total number of travelers
• Scanned copy of I-797 Approval Notice, if applicable

Your request will be processed and the group leader will receive a letter with further instructions on how to schedule the group in the appointment system.
