The U.S. Consular Section in Paraguay has transitioned to a new appointment service for applicants applying for a visa to come to the United States. We want to ensure applicants are not negatively impacted by the change. If the applicant paid the MRV fee prior to September 30th, 2011, please email ParaguayConsular@state.gov.
Please do not go to the bank to pay the MRV fee without a deposit slip. Without the deposit slip, the bank cannot accept your payment, no exceptions.
WARNING: The confirmation page for the DS-160 is NOT a deposit slip and cannot be used to make a payment.
