Thank you for your interest in Group Processing. Any group of applicants that are traveling together can request an Access Code by sending an E-mail to KampalaVisa@state.gov. That access code will allow them to access information and schedule appointments together through this Web site

Process to Request an Access Code

If you would like to obtain an appointment for your group, please send the following information to KampalaVisa@state.gov:

• The Name of the Group
• The total number of applicants that will be scheduling through this group
• A scan or fax of a letter of invite or explanation of the purpose of the trip (if you will be faxing the letter, please indicate that in your email) - the fax can be sent to the following number in Uganda, (256) 414-258-451)
• If the group is traveling for Temporary Work purposes, please provide the Petition (Receipt) Number from the I-797 Approval Notice
• Contact Information for the Main Point of Contact for the Group

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
• Contact Information for the US-based organization/company/person that is inviting the group to the US, if applicable (in the case of petition based temporary worker groups, this would be the petitioner's information)

Your request will be processed and the group leader will receive a letter with further instructions on how to schedule the group in the appointment system.
