The coordinator or representative of the group must send an email to nivcuracao@state.gov if the appointment needs to be booked in Curacao, or to groupsvisa@state.gov if the appointment needs to be booked in Venezuela, with the following information:
- purpose of the trip
- the number of participants
- and the date on which they must be in the US and if possible attach documentation regarding the trip (invitation to a conference, course they will take, etc.)
The request for the group should be made at least 5 or 6 weeks ahead of time. Once the request is received, the Consular Section will evaluate if they should be considered as a group and will respond via e-mail.
