To Obtain Visa Information and Manage Your Appointment Online.
The Visa Information Service is available by either telephone or Internet. Please note that there is a non-refundable fee of 10.00 to access visa information and manage your appointment online. This fee is payable by Visa or MasterCard and will allow you to schedule a family of up to 5 immediate family members, residing at the same address.
Please note that once you have paid this fee you will have unlimited access to visa information and to manage your appointment. In order to schedule an appointment, you will need to provide a valid visa application fee (MRV fee) receipt number for each applicant. If you have not paid for the MRV fee, please do so by paying at any Banco Provincial branch. Please note that the fee amount varies depending on the type of visa you are applying for. The fee must be paid for each applicant regardless of age. After making the fee payment, please look for the 'Transaction Reference Number' on the fee receipt and follow the system prompts before scheduling an appointment to enter that number for each applicant.
After you schedule your appointment, the confirmation screen and confirmation email will show a date and time by which any changes to your appointment (reschedule or cancel) must be made. Additionally, if you have previously accessed visa information and scheduled your appointment using our telephone service, you may subsequently access the service online at no additional cost.
