All passports with visas will be returned to the applicant via DHL (unless an applicant makes other courier arrangements at the time of interview). Applicants may choose between a DHL pickup location or delivery to an address. This service is provided at no additional cost to the applicant. To receive documents back from the Consular Section (i.e. your passport with visa), the applicant must be registered on this site. To do so, please click on "Sign In" at the top of this site. Follow the steps to select trip purpose, preferred DHL delivery location, and other relevant information requested for each applicant.

Note: Currently, standard courier options are only available within Jamaica. Residents of the Cayman Islands must make arrangements for self-pay delivery or in-person visa pickup at the time of the interview.
In general, documents are available for pickup or delivery within 3 business days once the Consular Section has released the applicant's documents for delivery. Please note, however, that there is never a guarantee with regards to how quickly the Consular Section will process your application. As the time it takes to adjudicate an applicant's case is at the sole discretion of the Consular Section, we cannot provide you any information regarding when your personal documents will be turned over to DHL.
PICK UP SERVICE AT A DHL POINT OF SERVICE (POS) LOCATION
Once the documents are ready for pickup, applicants 18 years or older must bring an official form of identification to the selected DHL Service Point location within 30 days. Applicants can also present the Air Waybill (AWB) Number in addition to their official identification. Any passports not retrieved within 30 days will be returned to the originating Consular Section.

If the applicant cannot present any of the above mentioned forms of identification, he/she will be asked for an original birth certificate for the DHL personnel to make a copy and attach it to the Proof of Delivery file. The DHL agent will also review the information from the passport or visa to make sure that the document is being handed to the applicant in question.
HOME OR OFFICE DELIVERY SERVICE
As the time it takes to adjudicate an applicant's case is at the sole discretion of the Consular Section, we cannot provide you with any information regarding when your personal documents will be turned over to DHL.
To find the status of your documents, you must log in to your account in our system. On the Applicant Summary page, you will see the status of pickup/delivery availability from DHL. The document status information only appears once your personal documents have been released by the Consular Section for shipment to your designated courier delivery method.

Under limited circumstances, an applicant may be required to send documentation to the Consular Section. Only do this if the Consular Section has instructed you to do so, or if the process to apply for a particular trip purpose clearly indicates that you must submit documentation through DHL. Important Courier Note – Applicants residing within the Cayman Islands, who have been asked to send documents to the consular section, must make their own arrangements for the delivery of the application package to the consular section via courier. Please include a pre-paid self-addressed envelope in the package for the return of the documents.
When you provide information to CSC's Visa Program service as part of the process for scheduling a United States visa interview, paying the United States visa application fee, or otherwise, CSC receives, and then provides your information to the United States Department of State, within the United States pursuant to its contract with the United States Department of State. CSC shares the information you provide with no party other than the United States Department of State and CSC subcontractors and vendors. CSC, CSC’s subcontractors, and CSC vendors may use the information you provide for no other purpose than supporting your United States visa application through CSC’s performance of its contract with the United States Department of State.
